I love WEEKENDS! actually not that I don't like my company. I just don't like working life. that's the reason why I don't do part time jobs during my hols. from what I observed.. humans are simply so contradicting. when you are young. you complain that there are so many things you cant do. you want to grow up. when you are schooling. you complain about test and exams. you want to graduate. when you are working. you complain about long working hours and no hols. you want to go back to schooling life. when you grow older. you complain that there are so many problems that you need to settle. you want to go back to your childhood days. we are contradicting. arent we? we simply cant appreciate what we are doing and what we have now and then. we really must learn how to cherish. it is difficult. but we HAVE to try. anyways. back to topic. what I've actually done for the past 2 weeks. was just learning those cables and stuff. firewire. usb cable. HD-SDI. SD-SDI. AES/EBU. digital signal. analogue signal. these are some of the terms I've been using. I've also learnt how to digitise tapes. and how to dump out tapes. I've really learnt lots of things! but! I have LONG working hours. really long. the actual working hour should be 10am to 7pm. but almost everyday. instead of 10am to 7pm. Im working from 9.30am to 7.30pm or later. I need to work during public hols too!! >.< this tues. I break my own record. I left the office at 10 plus! that's really late ya. haha. x) hai. time passes really fast during weekends. tmr. I'll have to go for work again! no choice... JIAYOU lo Vina! Yesterday I got to know my posting!! So.. I'll be at Cutting Edge for my internship! This is my first choice lah. But after I went for those interviews. I actually prefer the other company. Still. I'm glad that I got into this company. As the job scope is what I want. This company does only post-production. which is editting and stuff. this is what I like to do! hehe. =) I'll start work next week. hai. which means.. this week is my last week of holiday!! actually I'm looking forward for my internship. but at the same time worried for it. after ytd's briefing. I got to know that I need to hand in lots of reports during my this period of intership! I hope that through this internship. I'll really get to know what I want to do for my future. am I really that keen of working in this type of environment? i really wonder.. okie. so I need to make full use of this last week of holiday! I've started to study my korean 1 or 2 weeks ago! I'll continue to self-study!! I really must persevere!!! what Im thinking is that. after I graduate. I'll apply for uni first. if I cant get into any of the unis. I'll continue to sign up for my korean language class. =)) this afternoon.
