I went for my church camp for the past 3 days. from thursday to saturday. we went to port dickson (@ malaysia)! it's quite fun! but.. it's tiring. haha. during the camp. for both mornings. I woke up at 6.15am to watch the sunrise and to do my mentu homework! for the first morning. which is friday morning. I din manage to catch the sunrise. becos I wasnt sure where will the sun rise. but I caught it on the second morning! it was really beautiful. actually I think that sitting by the beach. and doing my mentu early in the morning.. the feeling is really very good. I get to reflect on myself. reflect on God's word. reflect on my relationship with God. also. just nice. my mentu hwk for this week is about Jonah. who got swallowed by the big whale. as I hear the waves splashing against the shore. I can feel. and I can sense the sincerity in Jonah's prayer. besides these. I can also see the greatness of our Lord. I can feel the presence of the Lord. it was my first time going by the beach all alone early in the morning. and I was indeed quite scared on the first morning. especially when I saw 2 big black dogs running at the back of the beach. they saw me. and one of them barked! I really got shocked. but somehow. there's a peace within me. I know that they wont harm me. because I believe that He will protect me. how I wish I could do that everyday. reading His word by the beach. saying "hello! good morning!" to the people who are jogging along the beach. but I know I cant do that here. the people here are just too busy. x) hmm. maybe I should try to wake up early everyday. and do the same. not by the beach. but at the "garden". what a great experience. watching the sunrise and the sunset. it's indeed very nice. :) ps. just for your info. Im not trying to be emo ar. haha. x) I just love to spent time alone with Him. <3
